The new book is great with all the new colors. Information is perfect and our clients are loving the FREE book from us. Thanks for keeping the cost low for us. We have a couple of Spanish speaking real estate agents and will need to order the Spanish books next.

I use this book so they have something physical, with my name on it... to take away from the inspection. Like many Inspectors these days, my Reports are almost always delivered electronically (I only print when requested and I pass the savings ($20) on to my client if I don't have to print and or deliver a hard copy.) But Good to have them take something away after they hand you a check at the inspection.

My clients who get one of these books with their inspection rave about it. Saying that they continually use it for a reference guide and helpful hints book in maintaining their house. Even the realtors that refer me have asked to get one so that they can get one also.

I use the color Homeowner Handbook as advertising to Realtors. I have several that display the manual for Brokers Open houses and most keep one at their fingertips to help answer buyer questions. Outstanding manual full of useful information.
