Shipping & Returns

 

Sales are final after 30 days

Conditions for Returns:

 

  1. Authorization is required; please call for authorization.
  2. Merchandise must be in saleable (new) condition.
  3. Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
  4. Credit will be applied upon receipt of merchandise, minus a restocking fee of 15%.  
  5. You must enclose a copy of the invoice with any return.

 


WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OR CREDIT IF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET

DAMAGES: Contact  UPS immediately if you receive damaged merchandise due to their mishandling. Save the original carton, all packing materials, and damaged items for their inspection. We recommend taking a picture of any damaged goods.  Notify us for replacement of merchandise or credit.
